At Rech Cymbals, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
